Unfortunately, most of us spend our days in a seated, stationary position. This leads to low energy, increased anxiety, obesity, and chronic pain. Simple movements like walking, running or recreational activity eventually become difficult and can lead to pain or injury.

Our first goal is to help you improve your posture and mobility, build better movement patterns, and lose unneeded weight all within an individualized, pain-free fitness program.

We will design a personalized fitness routine for you that focuses on moving and living pain-free. Our next goal is to help you build functional, lean muscle that correlates and aligns with your individual goals.

Strength training is relative to the individual and includes many different components in order to be successful with. Nutrition is a huge part of any weight loss or muscle building program. Our nutrition coaches can also help you stay on track with a personalized program.

Your trainer will build a fitness program based on their assessment of your lifestyle and your specific needs. This may include some or all of the following:

  • STABILITY TRAINING

  • STRENGTH TRAINING

FIRST VISIT

Your first visit will include a movement screening. All personal training sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes long and take place in a private room with your own equipment. Bottled water, lockers, towels, private bathrooms & showers are also included.

Come in and check out our 3,000 square foot studio. Our gym is located near Newton Plaza just off Route 9 in Latham within the Capital Region of New York.
