A big focus of strength training should be on your warm up. We teach specific types of self myofascial release and bi-phasic stretching to help you understand your own body better.
We coach corrective exercises and dynamic movements to help get your body warm and moving as symmetrically as possible. Our warm ups will always be specific to the area of the body being worked that day.
We place a huge importance on making sure our members are moving correctly. Some people learn visually, others learn based on using better cues. Either way, we make sure everyone is on the same page before we rush into the workout.
We focus on being consistent with compound movements, but your time here will not be boring or repetitive. You will be challenged and you will build muscle.
Each class is capped at 12 people. Our coaches’ main goal is to deliver the highest possible quality in small group strength training. We will help you build confidence and become part of an amazing community.
We create new templates and new challenges for you to see what you’re truly capable of. We will hold you accountable and push you as far as we safely can.
