The first visit is free and will include an assessment. Traditional strength training sessions are 45 minutes long and take place in a private room with your own equipment. Bottled water, access to lockers, towels, private bathrooms & showers are included.

Unfortunately, most of us spend our days in a seated, stationary position. This leads to low energy, increased anxiety, obesity, and chronic pain. Simple movements like walking, running or recreational activity eventually become difficult and can lead to pain or injury. If this sounds like you or someone you know, book a free functional training session with us.

FIRST VISIT

The first visit is free and will include an assessment and an analysis of the mechanics of your movement, known as your biomechanics. Functional strength training sessions are 60 minutes long and take place in a private room with your own equipment. Bottled water, access to lockers, towels, private bathrooms & showers are included.
