I grew up being an athlete from early childhood all throughout college, where I graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Sports Science. After an injury, I turned to the gym to keep myself active.
I went on to continue my studies in the Physical Therapy program at D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY. It was here that I realized I wanted to pursue a career with fitness so I became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Along with working in a rehab department as an aide for physical and occupational therapy services, I additionally have five years experience working with the mentally and physically disabled population. Since I’m also a trainer, I get so much joy giving clients the confidence and the knowledge they need to succeed safely when working out.
Outside of school and work I like to help my family volunteer raising dogs for the blind and have been doing so since 2013.
