What is 50 Fit?

50 Fit is full body, small-group strength training for men and women ages 50+ utilizing weights such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bars, and equipment such as stability balls, medicine balls, TRX suspension straps, bikes, sleds & bands.

UPLIFT is a small fitness studio that specializes in functional movement. All classes are 60 minutes long and begin with a warm up focused on mobility, core stability as well as light conditioning. This class involves detailed instruction and coaching as well as any needed modifications.
