Growing up I didn’t prioritize physical activity or healthy habits. As a result I struggled with my health and I often turned to food as a way to cope. After some time I found myself at nearly 300 pounds and unsure how to make a conscious change.
My mother saw my struggle and decided to hire a professional fitness coach to help me turn things around. The road wasn’t easy and there were countless moments where I felt like giving up. However, through my own persistence and the unwavering support of my coach, I found my inspiration and determination, which became my driving force for change.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I’ve now been on both ends of achieving transformation(s). My mission is to guide others towards building healthier habits and experience a sense of accomplishment by taking control of their lives. I want to bring positive energy to your journey!
